Storage is charged by item size and duration, making it suitable for students, temporary moves, travel gaps, auction pickups, and short- or medium-term storage needs.

Pickup and return delivery for storage are available within the GTA. If you need your stored items shipped out later, we can also help arrange delivery across Canada or to the U.S. depending on item size, destination, and carrier availability.

How is storage pricing calculated?

Storage fees are charged based on item size and storage duration. Items are generally categorized by total dimensions or item type. Special or oversized items may require a custom quote.

Do you offer pickup and return delivery for storage?

Yes. Pickup and return delivery for storage are available within the GTA. For eligible storage of 3 months or more, pickup and return delivery may be free within the GTA.

Can you ship my stored items later?

Yes. If you need your stored items shipped out later, we can help arrange delivery across Canada or to the U.S. depending on item size, destination, carrier availability, and handling requirements.

What information do I need to provide?

Please provide sender and recipient information, item description, quantity, estimated value, package size or weight, and the final delivery address. Additional information may be required depending on the shipment.

Are customs duties or taxes included?

No. Customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other government/import charges are not included unless specifically stated. These charges are determined by customs, carriers, or brokers and are the customer’s responsibility.
