Our process is designed around auction pickup and delivery, including online requests, pickup coordination, fee updates, and delivery confirmation.
We support GTA local delivery, Canada-wide delivery, and U.S. delivery depending on item size, destination, and service availability.
From boxes and household goods to furniture and oversized items, we handle a wide range of auction purchases with practical delivery solutions.
You can submit your delivery request through our customer portal. Please select the correct auction house, enter the Auction Number-Bidcard Number or the Auction Invoice Number, provide the auction invoice amount, upload your auction invoice file, and add any delivery instructions if needed.
In most cases, you only need to submit the delivery request through our customer portal. Some auction houses may require the customer to confirm pickup or release details directly with them. If this applies to your order, please contact the auction house first. You may also contact Beavery before submitting your request if you need help confirming the required information.
You can submit an Information Update Request through the Customer Portal by going to Account Settings in the upper-right corner. Alternatively, you may contact us as soon as possible at express@beavery.ca.
Please note that if an incorrect address is provided and an address change is requested after the shipment has been dispatched, a $15 address correction fee will apply.
We provide auction delivery service across Canada and the U.S. Service availability may depend on item size, destination, carrier options, and handling requirements.
Yes. We handle a wide variety of auction purchases, including boxes, household goods, small appliances, furniture, and oversized items. Large, heavy, or irregularly shaped items may require custom pricing and special handling.
Yes. Multiple items from the same auction house or pickup location can usually be combined into one request. The final fee will depend on the number of items, total size, destination, and handling needs.
Packing may be available depending on the item type and delivery method. Fragile, oversized, irregular, or unpacked items may require additional packing or handling fees.
Delivery fees are calculated based on job complexity, including pickup location, final destination, dimensional weight (size and volume), total lot quantity, required packaging materials, and jurisdiction (Canada Domestic vs. U.S. Cross-Border). For U.S.-bound shipments of goods, any applicable customs brokerage and regulatory filing fees will not be included in your quote.
To ensure you are billed with 100% accuracy, we utilize a Two-Stage Logistics Process:
Secure Collection: We first dispatch a driver to pick up your items from the auction house and transport them safely to our Logistics hub.
Hub Measurement & Pricing: Once your items arrive at our warehouse, our team physically weighs and measures the cargo. We then update your portal with the exact final fee based on actual dimensions, required packaging materials, and your destination address.
Listed prices are starting prices for standard, ready-to-ship parcels. Final billing may vary based on non-standard cargo dimensions, custom crating/palletizing materials, and peak-season carrier surcharges.
Yes. All shipments entering the U.S. from Canada are subject to review by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Depending on the commodity, HTS classification, and total value, shipments may incur customs duties, federal taxes, and regulatory fees. The receiver is legally and financially responsible for all import charges, government duties, and any associated customs brokerage fees.
If a shipment is detained or refused entry by CBP or other regulatory agencies (such as the FDA or FCC) due to unpaid duties, missing documentation, or non-compliance, all resulting border storage fees, administrative fines, and return-to-Canada freight charges will be billed directly back to the customer. Beavery Express does not assume liability for abandoned cargo or regulatory compliance failures on the shipper's part.
As customs and cross-border logistics specialists, we can provide formal HTS classification and tariff estimates based on your official commercial invoices. However, final duty assessments are exclusively determined by U.S. Customs at the port of entry.
Yes. Beavery Express strictly complies with U.S. Customs regulations, carrier and airline guidelines, and all applicable domestic and international shipping requirements. We are not a licensed carrier for transporting dangerous goods, hazardous materials, or shipments requiring special regulatory clearance.
To help packages move smoothly and avoid delays, shipments may be subject to internal or external compliance checks. This may include opening packages to verify that the declared shipment information matches the actual contents.
Due to strict enforcement by U.S. regulatory agencies and carrier compliance requirements, we do not accept the following categories unless they are pre-approved and supported by the required regulatory licensing or documentation:
FDA-Regulated Products: cosmetics, skincare products, hair products, acne treatment creams, topical ointments, over-the-counter functional personal care products, health supplements, foods, beverages, toothbrushes, and anything taken by mouth.
Medical, Beauty & Radiation-Emitting Devices: medical devices, personal care instruments, hair removal lasers, microcurrent massagers, LED light therapy devices, and electronic products that emit radiation.
Drugs, Biologics & Controlled Products: prescription drugs, non-prescription drugs, cannabis, drug paraphernalia, vaccines, blood products, biologics, veterinary products, alcohol, tobacco products, and smoking paraphernalia.
Hazardous, Dangerous & Restricted Materials: flammable goods, hazardous chemicals, cleaning chemicals, sprays, hazardous gases, oils, matches, woodchips, lithium batteries, firearms, ammunition, weapons, drones, uncertified wireless equipment, and unmanned aircraft systems.
Prohibited or High-Risk Shipment Types: counterfeit products, personal goods or non-sale shipments, personal documents or certificates, packages taped together, liquids for international shipping, insects, animals, plant matter, used automobile parts, and any shipment requiring special clearance that has not been approved in advance.
If your item may fall into any of the above categories, please contact us before submitting your request. Beavery Express reserves the right to refuse, hold, return, or cancel any shipment that does not meet customs, carrier, airline, or internal compliance requirements.
